Suitable for stock or mild performance camshafts up to 265 duration, where additional spring rates are required. Special care must be observed when installing these springs with aftermarket camshafts. It is very important to verify all spring clearance issues (as noted below), especially coil bind. 

Set includes 12 302-SBF valve springs. Retainers and locks not included. Can be use with standard umbrella valve seals or with Viton .530 valve seals.

Specs: closed 80 lbs, open 200 lbs, inst hgt 1.68, duration up to 265. All other specs are user verified.

NOTE: It is very important to verify all of the spring clearances as noted, particularly coil bind. When installing a new camshaft or valve springs, always check and verify the installed height, seat pressure, nose pressure, coil bind, retainer to rocker arm clearance, and retainer to valve seal clearance. Failure to do so may result in severe engine damage. Purchaser agrees to accept all responsibility and/or liability for damages that may occur.
