At the current time, you may be contact us by e-mail, or by calling our local number listed below. Please note that this number is a cell phone, so I can be reach almost anytime. If I don't answer, I'm in a meeting, working on a motor, or talking to another customer (which is quite often). If you call and get the answering machine, please leave a detailed massage with the date & time, your name & phone number, and a brief message. I will call you back as soon as possible, however please note that due to the volume of calls and e-mails, it may take a day or two. E-mails may take longer, depending on the volume of incoming mail, as I normally get 150-200 e-mails per day. In the near future we hope to set up a toll free business line, so you can call for free. Note that my cell service is through Verizon, hence all Verizon users can call for free.
