Manufactured exclusively for Classic Inlines, our header gaskets are the best aftermarket gaskets available. Our  gaskets are manufactured using a sandwich material that is made from a low density temperature facing material, which is mechanically clinched to steel core to reduce gasket failures. With an overall thickness of .045 they offer excellent strength and seal-ability over other aftermarket exhaust gaskets. The third and fourth ports were designed to work with headers, as well as stock exhaust manifolds, and will work with or without the infamous port divider, which we do not sell (see tech article).

Fits all 144/170/200/250ci cast iron heads, the Australian 250-2V head, and Classic Inlines aluminum cylinder head. 

In the photograph below, you can easily see why standard aftermarket gaskets fail. When Classic Inlines designed our header gasket, we added material to the area where it was missing over the third and fourth ports, which is where most aftermarket gaskets fail and leak.
