Return Policy
Authorization

E-mail for a return authorization of damaged and/or defective products. Once written authorization (via email) is received from Classic Inlines, you may return the product, freight pre-paid, to Classic Inlines, 603 West Pecos Ave, Mesa, Arizona, 85210. If the product is found to be under warranty, at the sole discretion of the original manufacturer and/or Classic Inlines, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Classic Inlines may or may not accept returns of mis-ordered and/or unused parts. Acceptance of all returns are at the sole discretion of Classic Inlines. Please e-mail for authorization prior to shipping. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the end buyer (consumer) and a handling and/or restocking fee may be charged accordingly. All charges must be paid in full prior to replacement parts being shipped back to the customer.

Credit Card and/or PayPal Fees

If parts were purchased using a Credit Card and/or Paypal, a 3.5% fee is non-refundable after 60 days. Therefore it is essential mis-ordered parts are returned within the 60 day period for a full refund. Please allow 10 days for processing the refund.

Restocking Fees

Classic Inlines charges various restocking fees on all parts returned. If the parts are returned in the original undamaged packaging and are un-opened, the fee is 10%. If parts are returned in the original packaging, but the packaging has been opened or damaged, the fee is 15%. If parts are not returned in the original packaging but are still in a new condition, the fee will be 20%. If the parts returned have been damaged, and can not be sold as new, Classic Inlines will determine at it's sole discretion, the value of the parts, and the appropriate amount of the refund. If the parts are damaged and unusable, no refunds will be extended. In this case, the parts will be sent back to the original consumer on request, but only when all freight charges are prepaid by the consumer. All restocking fees are at the sole discretion of Classic Inlines and may be changed or canceled without notice, at anytime.

Company Errors

In cases where Classic Inlines has shipped an incorrect part, contact Classic Inlines via e-mail so as to clarify the error and to specify the correct part required. Classic Inlines will pay the freight charges incurred, but such charges are limited to common ground shipments via UPS, or other acceptable means, which have been approved by Classic Inlines in advance.

Packaging

When returning merchandise/parts to Classic Inlines, please use care when packaging the items to prevent damage during shipping. Claims for damages, lost or short shipments must be made by the customer directly to the carrier with notification of the claim and the claim number provided to Classic Inlines for support to resolving claims. Classic Inlines will not be held responsible or liable for freight damaged merchandise.
