All new parts are limited to the original manufacturer's warranty only.  No warranties are expressed or intended for used parts.

E-mail for a return authorization of damaged and/or defective products . Once written authorization is received from FSPP , return the product ; freight pre-paid , to Classic Inlines, 603 West Pecos Ave, Mesa, Arizona, 85210. If the product is found to be under warranty, which is at the sole discretion of the original manufacturer, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, freight collect. See "returns" for more details.

Classic Inlines will not warranty any incidental or consequential damage, including labor to replace a defective product, or damage resulting from misuse or collision occurring after the installation. All manufacturer warranties extend only to the original buyer.

Liability of Classic Inlines is limited to the actual purchase price and no other losses. Actual purchase price is defined as monies received for the product from the buyer.

All products are intended for racing purposes only and should be installed in accordance with State and Local regulations pertaining to emissions standards and codes.

Classic Inlines will not assume responsibility for the legality of the products it sells due to the variances in State Vehicle, Emission or EPA, or Noise codes and standards.

Camshafts offer by Classic Inlines must be used in conjunction with Classic Inlines recommended valve springs. Failure do to so will void any and all warranties on said camshafts, as well as any incidental or co-sequential damage, resulting from improper installation or under/over rated springs.

Classic Inlines reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, and the right to refuse service or sales of parts to any individual. In the event of a canceled order, by Classic Inlines, all monies (payments or deposits) will be refunded in full.

Prior to check out, you will be directed to our Terms and Conditions Agreement, where you are asked to verify that you have read our warranty, shipping, and return policies prior to completing the order and payment process. Classic Inlines is not liable in any way for type written errors within this website.

Title of merchandise passes to the buyer upon delivery to common carrier and delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the common carrier. Claims for damages, lost or short shipments must be made by the customer directly to the carrier with notification of the claim and the claim number provided to Classic Inlines for support to resolving claims. Classic Inlines will not be held responsible or liable for freight damaged merchandise, or merchandise that is lost during shipment.
