WEBER SWAP KIT
Our "Swap" Kit comes with our "Deluxe Weber Carb Adaptor",  fuel pressure regulator,  universal linkage kit, and a 32/36 DGV-2V carb with a manual choke. Electric or hot water chokes are also available (see options). Air Cleaners are sold separately. 

Our deluxe adapter comes with a custom billet insert to improve air flow and horse power by concealing the mounting screws and funneling the airflow into the carb bore. Our adaptors offer improved hood clearance over other adaptors due to their slim design, and  the carb is orientate parallel to the crankshaft for improved fuel distribution (no machining required). The adaptor is available for both 1.5"  and 1.75"  carb bores, and it includes two stainless steel Allen socket screws for mounting (carb studs are optional). Gaskets not included at this time, however they can be purchased at any parts store.

In the photo below you can see how the insert slips into the adaptor after the adaptor is mounted to the manifold using the stainless steel Allen bolts that are included. As such the insert not only funnels the air into the carb bore, it also covers the Allen bolts, to improve airflow and horsepower.

HEADERS
Classic Inlines Dual Outlet Headers feature a one piece 3/8" thick flange, 1 5/8" primarys, and 2" collector pipes. They are custom manufactured for Classic Inlines and offer a superior fit with excellent starter clearance. Unlike other headers, you don't need to remove the header to get your starter out. Our headers are manufactured with the very latest equipment available, including aircraft quality computerised mandrel-bending machines, which ensure perfectly round bends (no kinks). Unlike other headers, our headers feature a full recess weld on the inside of the flange, as well as being fully wleded on the outside. The advantages are increased flow, greater strength, and the opportunity to resurface the header without compromising the strength. Our custom head flanges also have more material (wider) between the 3rd and 4th ports, as do our custom header gaskets (see above). This helps to prevent blown header gaskets, which are very common with the small sixes, especially between the third and fourth ports. Precision cut and machined 3/8" flanges reduce exhaust leaks, minimize warpage, and allow for improved bolt alignment, making the installation easier. All headers are jig welded for guaranteed fitment and are checked prior to shipment.

Low Mount Starters:
Our headers will fit low mount starters, but they may fit snug against the starter (depending on the size of the starter).  However, the pipes can be reshape by your local exhaust shop if needed, or you can install a mini starter, which offers plenty of clearance.  The photo below shows a low mount starter, and the proximity of the header pipes. For those who don't know if they have a low or high mount starter, the red circle shows the approximate location of a high mount starter.

Ceramic Coated Header

DUI DISTRIBUTOR KIT
Add Horse Power by installing the most powerful ignition system available for the small six and save an additional $20 by ordering the complete DUI Ignition Kit. The Complete Kit includes the DUI Distributor, a custom LiveWire set, and the Billet Aluminum Wire Looms.

Dyno testing on a 200ci engine showed an increase of 13 ponies over the DuraSparkII and MSD Ignition system, and 18 or more over the stock ignition system.  Manufactured by Performance Distributors for Classic Inlines, the DUI distributor is the only one-piece, high performance ignition system available for your inline six. Since the coil and ignition module are self-contained in the distributor, it is truely a clean and simple drop in installation, which eliminates all of the messy and confussing wiring associated with other ignition systems. Just run one 12-volt hot wire to the distributor and you're ready to run! A tach hook-up is also included for those who like to keep track of their RPMs.

This Street/Strip DUI Distributor is built with a 50,000 volt coil that allows a whopping .055" plug gap, which provides a more powerful explosion of the fuel mixture. The Dyna Module is designed with more electronic dwell time as well, producing an even hotter spark. Unlike stock Ford systems, and many aftermarket systems, no ballast resistor is required, which reduces the voltage in the ignition system. The D.U.I. allows FULL voltage providing a better spark and more power. Every DUI Distributor is custom curved on a machine prior to packaging. This results in a super smooth curve, eliminate engine damaging detonation, and provides instant throttle response. 

Caps are available in Black, Red, or Blue.

Our DUI LiveWire Sets are custom fit for use with our DUI Performance Distributors - no assembly is required. Each wire is numbered on both ends making installation, removal and re-installation quick and easy.

LiveWires® from Performance Distributors, have a space age heat resistant sleeving which is non-flammable and non-corrosive to chemicals. This unique sleeving provides protection from -76° to +1400° F and offers excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals. The LiveWire spiral wound core prevents electronic interference, radio noise, and computer interference. They offer an extremely low resistance of 300 - 350 Ohms per foot, for optimum spark travel. Each LiveWires has a durable and long lasting silicone jacket, with heat shrink applied between the boot and the sleeving to keep dirt and moisture away from wire terminals. Due to the unique protective sleeving on LiveWire set, stock or aftermarket looms will not fit over the wires. Custom Livewire sets are available in Black, Red, Blue, and Yellow. 

DUI Billet Aluminum Wire Looms are custom manufactured for use on the LiveWire sets. Due to the protective sleeving on LiveWires, stock or aftermarket looms will not fit over LiveWire sets without pinching or crimpimg the wires. These billet separators are held together with allen head screws which are mounted flush within the loom, will not pinch or damage the protective heat sleeving, and are availalbe in two different sets.

All parts required for installation are included with the complete kit, saving you time and frustration, and un-necessary trips to your auto parts store. The DUI Dstributor is a real work of craftsmanship, and although it is uniquely designed, replacement parts are easy to find. High Energy Ignition (HEI) replacement parts, available at all auto parts stores, fit right on the DUI distributor. While a stock HEI moduals work in a pinch, the custom DUI moduals are available from Classic Inlines, as are the caps, rotors, and coils.

NOTE: We highly recommend reading our Tech Article on "Preventing Premature Distributor Gear Failures" before you install your new distributor.

NOTE: While the DUI distributor will fit Econline trucks and vans, you must cut a small hole in the side of the doghouse and fashion some sort of bowl like cover to make room for the larger DUI distributor.

NOTE: There may be clearance issues with power steering pumps, if so equipped. If you have power steering, be prepared to modify the power steering bracketry to make room for the large DUI distributor.
