Our "Carb Swap" Kit comes with a carb adaptor, a fuel pressure regulator or an electric fuel pump,  universal linkage kit, and a Weber two barrel carb with a manual choke (electric or hot water choke optional). Air cleaners sold separately. See DETAILS for more information. 

Note: No modifications are required to the log manifold, you just need to verify the size of the manifold before you order. The small log manifold has a 1.5" carb bore (hole), while the large log manifold has a 1.75" carb bore.
Note: You can use your stock fuel pump with a fuel pressure regulator, or an electric fuel pump (see options). If you use the AirTex Electric Fuel Pump, you do not need a fuel pressure regulator. A stainless steel Fuel Pump Block-off Plate is optional.
Note: In most cases you'll need to replace your stock distributor with an aftermarket distributor, such as a Duraspark II or DUI distributor and/or ignition kit. Please reaad our tech articles on Ignition System Choices and Load-O-Matic Distributors for more information.
Note: Modifications to the carb linkage are required. Some guys modify their existing linkage, while others install a throttle cable. These can be purchased new from Lokar, or you can adapt a used pedal and cable from a bone yard donor car, such as a Maverick or Granada.
Note: Occasionally the carb will work fine out of the box, however in most cases you'll need to rejet the carb to get the best performance. Please see our tech article on Adjustments & Tuning for more information.
NOTE: Failure to purge the gas line and/or installing a new fuel filter will void the warranty.

 This ignition kit comes with a single vacuum Duraspark II Distributor (see options), the Dyna Ignition Module, Inferno Coil, and a Gold Ballast Resistor (spark plug wires sold separately). Please designate shaft size and distributor choice when ordering. Your favorite after market spark plug wires can be used, or you can use our DSII Livewires, which are available in black, blue, red, and yellow (sold separately). The kit includes all required wiring and easy to follow instructions. See DETAILS for more info. 

This distributor WILL NOT fit the 144ci or early 170ci with a 1/4" drive.

The DUI Ignition Kit includes the DUI Distributor, a set of Custom LiveWires and Billet Wire Looms. Please  designate cap color, wire color, and loom color when ordering. See Details for more information.

Fits: The 5/16" drive fits all 200/250ci motors, as well as the late 170ci. It will not fit  the 144ci or early 170ci, which used a 1/4" drive.

NOTE: The DUI distributor will not fit with a standard power steering pump due to the additional height and width of the DUI distributor. Classic Inlines is working on a custom bracket to allow the use of the newer Saginaw Power Steering pump, which will clear. 

Now available in mild steel or stainless steel, our three piece design makes installation and removal much easier.  We also added a spring loaded graphite ball joint (see details), which  allows our headers to be used with high or low mount starters, or you can modify the lower extension pipes for a custom application.

Package includes: Dual outlet header (see above), our custom header gasket, and a set of black oxide header studs (stainless steel studs are optional), and two band clamps.

Other options: extra long hot air choke tube or our new Electric Choke Conversion for Autolite 1100-1V carbs.

Fits: 144/170/200/250ci motors with high or low mount starters. Slight modifications may be needed for Fox body cars, early Broncos, and Econolines (see Details).

Finish: Our mild steel headers are available unpainted, with a high temp powder coat finish, or ceramic coated. Our stainless steel headers are available with a polished finish, or ceramic coated. The list price for Jet-Hot ceramic coating is $305 plus $45 for shipping, however we only charge $300, saving you $50. Please allow 2-3 weeks additional shipping time for ceramic coated headers.
