Note: No modifications are required to the log manifold, you just need to verify the size of the manifold before you order. The small log manifold has a 1.5" carb bore (hole), while the large log manifold has a 1.75" carb bore. Note: You can use your stock fuel pump with a fuel pressure regulator, or an electric fuel pump (see options). If you use the AirTex Electric Fuel Pump, you do not need a fuel pressure regulator. A stainless steel Fuel Pump Block-off Plate is optional. Perfect for stock or mild performance engines, the Weber 32/36 DGV carb is a progressive down-draft carburetor with counter-clockwise rotation. As a progressive carb it operates as a one barrel most of the time, with the second barrel only opening when more power is needed, or under wide open throttle. While it comes with a manual choke, electric and hot water chokes are available (see options). This universal rotary style, high volume, low pressure, electric fuel pump has an internal fuel pressure regulator valve. As such, an external fuel pressure regulator should not be used with this pump. This pump has no points to burn out, no shaft seals to leak, and they are easy to install.
