Now available in mild steel or stainless steel, our three piece design makes installation and removal much easier.  We also added a spring loaded graphite ball joint (see details), which  allows our headers to be used with high or low mount starters, or you can modify the lower extension pipes for a custom application.

Package includes: Dual outlet header (see above), our custom header gasket, and a set of black oxide header studs (stainless steel studs are optional), and two band clamps.

Fits: 144/170/200/250ci motors with high or low mount starters. Slight modifications may be needed for Fox body cars, early Broncos, and Econolines (see Details).

Finish: Our mild steel headers are available unpainted, with a high temp powder coat finish, or ceramic coated. Our stainless steel headers are available with a polished finish, or ceramic coated. The list price for Jet-Hot ceramic coating is $305 plus $45 for shipping, however we only charge $300, saving you $50. Please allow 2-3 weeks additional shipping time for ceramic coated headers.

Made from 304 polished stainless steel, these 2"  band clamps seal the joint without a gasket, giving you a 360 degree seal that won't leak.  Clamps are available i1" wide for lap joints ($10 ea), or 2" wide for butt joints ($13 ea). See "Details" for more information.
