Our Bare Cylinder Head (unassembled) comes with uncut hardened valve seats, brass guides, and a set of 184/150 Port Flow stainless steel valves. The valve spring kits (springs, retainers, and seals) are optional.
NOTE: The dual springs, if selected, require machining the valve spring seats, so the inner spring fits over the spring seat. However this can be done by any qualified machine shop. Due to the valve spring installed height (1.60) you must use a single spring with a damper or a dual spring, to prevent coil bind.
NOTE: A valve job will be required prior to assembly and installation.
NOTE: Our aluminum head requires longer studs and/or bolts for installation (see note below and options).
Chamber Size: Chamber size can vary from 56-48 CC's, depending on how the valve job is done. Since the valves need to be installed to CC the chambers, optional chamber sizes are not available on unassembled heads.
Accepts: Our aluminum cylinder heads except all stock and/or aftermarket exhaust manifolds, headers, rocker assemblies, valve springs, and valve covers.
ARP Stud Kits: Standard length bolts or studs will not work with the aluminum cylinder head due to the raised intake ports, therefore Classic Inlines offers two stud kits. Kit "A" includes 14 studs (7 long and 7 standard length), 14 washers, and 14 nuts. For those who already have ARP studs, Kit "B" only contains the 7 longer studs that are needed for installation, therefore utilizing your existing washers and nuts.
Note: Intake Manifolds sold separately.
Note: Gaskets and Stud Kits sold separately.
Note: Complete Package now available.

NOTE: A bare cylinder head may require milling and/or sizing of the combustion chambers, prior to assembly and installation, in order to achieve the correct the desired compression ratio for your specific motor.
