This package includes everything you'll need to install our aluminum cylinder head on your short block. It includes our assembled aluminum cylinder head, alloy intake manifold, carb adaptor, head gasket, and required hardware. 

Fits: 200/250ci Ford inline 6-cyl. See Details for more information.

Optional: ARP head studs, dual valve springs, port work, and carburetor.

Our heads come with 56cc chambers, however surface milling is available (optional). If you want us to cc the head and surface mill, please specify the CC's required during checkout (in the comments field).

Our Bare Cylinder Head (unassembled) comes with uncut hardened valve seats, brass guides, and a set of 184/150 Port Flow stainless steel valves. The valve spring kits (springs, retainers, and seals) are optional. See Details for more information.

Fully machine and assembled, and ready to bolt on out of the box. It comes with brass guides, hardened valve seats, Port Flow stainless steel valves, single springs with dampers (dual springs optional), and Viton valve seals. Intake manifold sold separately. See Details for more information.

The universal design of our alloy intake manifold allows the use of a Holley, Autolite, or Weber 2V carb, with the appropriate adaptor. Or you can make your own adaptor for other applications, such as an Edelbrock carb or a GM TBI throttle body. Our intake manifolds include the adaptor of your choice, stainless steel hardware kit, and a custom gasket set. See Details for more information. 

Note: Our intake manifolds were designed to fit our Aluminum Cylinder Head or the Australian 250-2V cylinder head. As such, they will not fit a stock log style cylinder head.   

Sorry, we have temporarily stopped taking orders for cylinder head work. We currently have so many heads to build, we simply can't keep up. Besides working on several aluminum and cast iron heads for customers, we're also working on a dozen large log heads, which will be sold in exchange for used cores. These heads will have new guides and seats, a basic port job, and the 2V conversion already completed. Leaving only the valve job and assembly to be done, either by our shop or by the customer. Hopefully this will speed things up so we can supply cylinder heads within a reasonable time frame. As soon as we get our current orders done, along with the stock heads, we'll start taking orders again. We aplogize for any inconvenience. See Details for information on the work we do.

This 42 piece set includes 7 long studs, 7 short studs, 14 washers & nuts - fits 200/250ci engines with Classic Inlines aluminum cylinder head (the head bolt/stud kits sold above will not work with). See Details for more information.
