This package includes everything you'll need to install our aluminum cylinder head on your short block. It includes our assembled aluminum cylinder head, alloy intake manifold, carb adaptor, head gasket, and required hardware.
Fits: 200/250ci Ford inline 6-cyl. See Details for more information.
Optional: ARP head studs, dual valve springs, port work, and carburetor.
Note: You must verify your compression ratio prior to engine assembly. Re-sizing the combustion chambers and/or surface milling may be required. Our heads come with 56cc chambers, however surface milling is available (optional). If you want us to cc the head and surface mill, please specify the CC's required during checkout (in the comments field).

Save $20 dollars Our "Carb Swap" Kit comes with a carb adaptor, a fuel pressure regulator or an electric fuel pump, universal linkage kit, and a Weber two barrel carb with a manual choke (electric or hot water choke optional). Air cleaners sold separately. See DETAILS for more information.
Note: No modifications are required to the log manifold, you just need to verify the size of the manifold before you order. The small log manifold has a 1.5" carb bore (hole), while the large log manifold has a 1.75" carb bore. Note: You can use your stock fuel pump with a fuel pressure regulator, or an electric fuel pump (see options). If you use the AirTex Electric Fuel Pump, you do not need a fuel pressure regulator. A stainless steel Fuel Pump Block-off Plate is optional. Note: In most cases you'll need to replace your stock distributor with an aftermarket distributor, such as a Duraspark II or DUI distributor and/or ignition kit. Please reaad our tech articles on Ignition System Choices and Load-O-Matic Distributors for more information. Note: Modifications to the carb linkage are required. Some guys modify their existing linkage, while others install a throttle cable. These can be purchased new from Lokar, or you can adapt a used pedal and cable from a bone yard donor car, such as a Maverick or Granada. Note: Occasionally the carb will work fine out of the box, however in most cases you'll need to rejet the carb to get the best performance. Please see our tech article on Adjustments & Tuning for more information. NOTE: Failure to purge the gas line and/or installing a new fuel filter will void the warranty.

Save up to $85 (depending on options selected) While our Master Rebuild Kits may cost a little more, we only use the very best parts available, rather than cheap generic parts from some company you've never heard of. For example, we use Clevite bearings through-out, Meling oil pumps, Romac balancers, Clay Smith cam and lifters, and your choice of Felpro or Corteco gaskets.
Options: We also offer a lot of options that you won't find in other kits, such as ARP bolts and studs, flat-top pistons, forged pistons, dual roller chains, and high performance camshafts. See Details for more information and a complete list of parts. NOTE: Please allow 6-8 weeks for forged pistons (custom ordered).
Save $10.00 This ignition kit comes with a single vacuum Duraspark II Distributor (see options), the Dyna Ignition Module, Inferno Coil, and a Gold Ballast Resistor (spark plug wires sold separately). Please designate shaft size and distributor choice when ordering. Your favorite after market spark plug wires can be used, or you can use our DSII Livewires, which are available in black, blue, red, and yellow (sold separately). This distributor WILL NOT fit the 144ci or early 170ci with a 1/4" drive. For 1/4" drives, please see the DUI Ignition systems.

Fits: The 5/16" drive fits all 200/250ci motors, as well as the late 170ci. It will not fit the 144ci or early 170ci, which used a 1/4" drive.
